    CF workout "Pheezy" is a fucking doozy.

    3 rounds for time of 5 165lb front squat, 18 pull ups, 5 225lb dead lifts, 18 toes to bar, 5 165lb push jerk, 18 hand release push ups. I had to scale the front squats and push jerks to 145, almost had an accident with 165.

    Took me 35:49. I was going slow....

    Wow, that sounds grueling! I did Crossfit for awhile with a work friend and got pretty burnt out! Prob needed to scale back and not always try to kill it! Def have appreciation for those athletes though! It's cool to actually see it come mainstream a little as this was like 5 years ago and nobody knew what it was it seemed!

    Custom workout today: As many rounds as possible in 20 min of 5 pull ups, 10 dips and 15 burpee's. I came out the other end with 7 rounds....and maximum heart rate achieved was 191.

Guys don't understand, me included, how hard it can be to relearn how to do day to day things let alone the drive to do that! ^ got a few buddies relearning to walk now, would you mind if i text them that pic?     To each their own. Some cannot train after a meal and use only BCAA's. I however, prefer to have a meal in me
