    DTLT's say to retorque after they've heat soaked and expanded, and to retorque them while still slightly warm. made a big difference because I was leaking a little.

    Now I've just gotta fix the rest of my exhaust past y-pipe. what do ya think, 2 aero turbines? :D

    I'l looking into that, I've gotta crawl back underneath while its on. I'm pretty sure the high screaming rpm tick is from a rear leak between y-pipe flange and cat-back.

    Plus, My flowmasters gotta go..
    I actually ran an aero turbine on my old 4.6L V6 in my '95 S-10. It worked great on that thing.

    Isn't that ticking more of a harmonic bounce/vibration trough the metal? That was my impression, I bet expansion has a lot to do with it though.
