I am in for the next batch! almost took out a guy on a bicycle today. He was riding on the sidewalk and I was turning right. I was looking left at traffic, I glanced right and started to pull forward and outta nowhere there was a guy on a bike. I stopped in time, but that mirror needs to be moved!!

So I was going to do a write up this week, but mine hasn't arrived and won't before I leave for California. Will have to wait a couple weeks to discuss with ImMrYo on either him or I making another batch.

Scott....do me a favor please and stop crapping all over this thread. You made me want to vomit the first time I saw you post on this topic and here we are again. There is nothing wrong with you making these for yourself. I will be very proud of you if you accomplish that. Jerry created these things and just put them out here for all to test, inspect and critique and then you come running in here like some goofy big drooling tail wagging dog shouting "hey I will make these for you all if you need one". This is Jerry's thread and I think you should back off a little. If you are still 16....that is a different story so I will apologize if that is the case.

Ignorance is bliss. Jerry and I have been talking for a while about this in PM. I am not crapping on this thread (which is a review of Jerry's product, not Jerry's thread its self) I will be helping Jerry either way, whether he can get his machinist to do another batch or I have my machinist do it. In no way am I trying to take credit. The reason I am helping, is to make sure everyone gets Jerry's product, not some knock off. The only thing in question is whether he COULD get more made.

Next time, do ME a favor, and know what you're talking about before opening your mouth. Thanks. :)

It's funny that you have those quotes in your sig because the issue I had with you was based entirely on that premise!!! You did not at all state that you have been working with him but rather you will make them also which appeared that you were just riding his coat tails or stealing them for that matter. I would agree 100% with how you responded had you indicated in ANY way that you have been in communication with him. So yes while I may appear misinformed....it was due to ignorance NOT on my part but rather yours because I can only go by the information you have shared with us all but .....now I can give you the proper credit for being a benefit to the forum rather than a nuisance. Thanks for stepping up:D

As of today, there are about 90% of the 20 beta units installed. (in 2 weeks time)
To say the feedback has been exceedingly positive is an understatement, with one unfortunate exception.
All Generation 2 mirror types are able to use the same bracket.
Currently there are over 50 members who have seriously inquired as to availability.

    After considering the above.....

I've started production on another batch of the same ver. 1.0 because there is only a small % of "clip on" mirrors and we have an acceptable work-around.
All those who have PM'd or posted an interest are currently on the Wait List and will be offered, first right of refusal, when brackets become available. Notification / details via PM.
Currently the plan is to release a manageable batch 100, try to keep costs as low as possible, limit purchases to one per member and to members only. Still have details yet to define.
Thanks to the TWF I have extra "D" rings, bed lights, DRL's, fogs, 12v acc pwr, removed headrests, hitch safe, hidden door opener...the list goes on. In part, what I'm attempting to do here is offer a little payback, to you the members, because the TWF has been such a valuable resource to me.

Thank you and will keep you informed.

Glad I'm on the list.. Bought my 2011 DC when I was home on R&R. Have only been able to put about 600 miles on it and was very concerned about the mirror placement. Will be redeploying next month and cannot wait receive and install this lift bracket and get started on other mods. Thanks ImMrYo for creating this superb product.

Just traveled from Va Beach to Myrtle Beach and back and loved it. I have removed the top foam and have barely tweaked the set screw with no movement, shake, or rattle ... a fine piece of maching ... kuddos to Jerry.

I put back two of the covers ... also, cut a little notch in the headliner to accept the cover:
