Pretty stoked, first prototype IFS skid si done and fits perfect. Only thing I have to do is fit check it with a sway bar installed, thanks Chris CSJumper for thinking of that, I forgot about that thing. Couple more coats of paint and I'll get er bolted up.

    Finishing up the mounting feet

Thanks, I am having a lot of fun with it. Glad you got to stop by and check things out. Wish I could get the hook up on the Bypasses we are building but customer is really tight on the discounts, 10% off max I think.

I started thinking about the bed bar and line of sight. How far above the rail does the bar sit?

Sits appx 3" above the rail.
@Reckless Matt, they are bent, cut and the mounting brackets and tabs are waterjet. Just have to get them welded, should be this week

Next project for the bed is a storage rack for long trips or times when you need a bunch of gear, put bikes on top, kayaks arb tent, whatever. This one is gonna take a little more time. It only sticks up about 12" so still behind cab for the most part

That is Fish creek/Sandstone canyon out by Ocotillo OHV. pretty common place for weekend offroaders and site seers. Some great areas for a camera too. That pick is where the truck and rear door meet, ya trail rash before I had sliders.
