    The main difference is glare, and they wont pass inspection. Pic of stock hallogen vs hid w/out the projector.

    The projector wont allow light but so high so you don't blind on coming traffic

    What I've found so far,

    The carrier bearing should have some play, up to an 1/8th of an inch. Any more, and it may be going bad.
