I have friends you can talk to, to fix that...

Yeah, but then I have to come back to it. It's like watching child birth. This is normally a happy place for me. I don't like to witness it violated as such.

    New Mexicoish area?

Yup...then I like to slam it with grammar and punctuation lessons. Apparently what I write is rife with errors but *Sigh* they just can't be bothered to point them out to me.

    Sure guys...sure.

    Or

Is it too much to ask for people to post using correct grammar, spelling and punctuation?

No, it is not. I am on your side. For the record, I think texting should be abolished.

But you are not going to get literate posts from Mississippi. Ever. (note the grammatical flaw used poetically for emphasis) They don't have schools in that state. And in Kansas, they are too busy teaching creationism to worry about minor details like how to live in the real world using real skills.

So how does it make you feel (grammatically) when OZ posts "FU"? Spelled out, it would be a complete sentence (an imperative command with a verb and a noun). Alas, spell it out he does not. And what about "Canucks, bitches." That does not even make sense; it's just two nouns, sometimes separated by a comma, sometimes not. Maybe you need to look a little closer to home for the source of these woes? :notsure:

By the way, it appears that you are not employing the serial comma, which is fine and an accepted practice in journalism, but in book publishing and technical documents, the serial comma is preferred to eliminate potential ambiguity in complex sentence structures.
