Im the same way, but im pretty damn pleased with those converted hellas. I'd bet that Monte is too with his. I wanna pick up 2 or 4 of the Kragen HIDs just because they have the internal ballast and wont break the bank.

My 6x9s will come out the back window easy. Then i just open the door and I'm all good. Can hear all the frequencies great :D thanks to my huge subs the low is great even outside and at a distance, and the highs carry with the door speakers and 6x9s on the outside. How i used to play soccer. would kill the battery a lot tho..then after jumpstarting it a few time..would just KILL the battery haha

Yea i wish i had component speakers! but really the way i have stuff wired..isn't really nessisary. I have a 4 speakers that mount in the truck on front with a HPF so they only play highs. The rears get a full signal with a smaller HPF at about 125hz Subs get everything else.

Im sure you system sounds good man. Hopefully its EQed good :D haha

Mine is pretty loud..kinda stupid really..but i built it to sound great and all volumes for playing it outside.

NAHHHHH...i got my LF240s for 100 bucks shipped and i setup up Adam with the same deal :D you can find em cheap..

kinda funny really..i have spend like hardly anything for lights when you think how much they would be new haha
