I use Meguir's NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0

It works great, and a lot easier to use than the turtle wax I was using before. Gives a great shine and repels water well.

Currently using Meguiars Ultimate Liquid Wax, which I really like. I might try a few different Meguiars waxes before I settle on one, but for now I like what I have!

To answer the other question... My Taco is Magnetic Gray...

I've been using "NU Finish" but the stuff leaves a lot of white powder on the paint. Because it's not clear, you've got to get every little bit, like around pin stripes and roof lines, hood edges, etc., or it shows up.

$2.99 Turtle Wax. Consumer Reprots put out an article a while ago and found no benefit to buying more expensive wax. Also, based on my own experience of waxing my vehicles every other month for the past 30 years, I have found no benefit to spending a lot of money on waxing products.

Meh, different strokes for different folks. Some people just trust certain brands more than others, prefer certain product application over others, or think that certain products produce better effects than others. If you're happy with the $2.99 Turtle Wax, go nuts :)

This is what I use too...even works in the sun. I use a cheap buffer from Walmart to apply and a big microfiber to take it off...really easy to use and looks great!

I used the liquid version over the weekend and liked it a lot. We'll see how well it holds up though. It seems like the paste/puck waxes set up harder. Can't beat the liquid for ease of use though. Comes off real easy.
