I think we have just about the same number of West side members on here as East side, it's just that the West siders are more independent of each other and don't hang in set groups.

X2 I have lived here (east) my entire life and never heard of east side vs west side unless its a gay gang turf crap. And seriously a solid line at central makes us east side?

There are a dedicated few on the west who meet and do runs, but we are always open and willing to having more people get together.

Many of us are pretty busy and work long hours so it's not like we can all just jump in the truck after work and hit up a trail, that's just part of life. But if things are planned out early enough in advance there are never issues on our side of town and nobody complains about driving. At least we live where we do and trails are close by, could live in another state.

What the fuck is this hate shit going on here? No one said they hated each other. Point is as said, it's a long drive, esp when there are some amazing trails on the east side (entire tonto/florence/north phx/white mountain area). It's very scenic, there is a lot of information, photos, and such to show it is and the trails get as easy or hard as you want. No offense but, I personally have yet to see anything the White Tanks area really has to offer. It might be amazing, but I just don't know. It's a long drive to say the least from Maricopa, and 99% of the time meets come up I have other plans in place, as do most of the east side peeps I know. I enjoy hanging with everyone, it's good times.... just has yet to work out for me to get to a west side meet is all.

It's not really hate, it's just a difference in personalities and preferences. It happens.

Coming from Maricopa is pretty understandable for distance.

If anything, I think this is a plot by the Tucson guys to divide the Phoenix group. They were the ones who are planning this run. :poking:

But after all, it was the YUMA guys trying to get the blame placed on the Tucson guys for dividing the Phoenix guys. Case dismissed.

I was born in Yuma. I think some people stayed behind after we left though.
