Engage's broke at the wrap, mainly due to two consecutive hard hits and I think the shackles slammed all the way into the cage, sheering the leafs off at the wrap, i cant be sure tho.

i really hope they chime in and let us know what their plan is... after all it is a race pack, so breaking leafs will be common place on the race trucks

like on member said, the pallets come in 100 packs, so inventory is a big issue.

To have more than $30,000 of inventory sitting in a shop that take more than a year to move is problematic with a low cash flow operation such as race shops.

don't they warranty the packs when they sell them new? 6 months for race trucks and 12 months for prerunners or something like that...

leafpacks fail and thats a fact of life, even "race" packs . nothing has an infinite cyclic strength. the more you put your leafpacks into negative arch the higher the chance of spring failures.we have broken multiple dmz leafpacks on our red race truck over the years and im sure someone will break my leafpack one day. you can mitigate a lot of problems with proper setup . but theres always the big hit that could kill the wrap in an instant.

that's my point. engage is going to be the sole supplier of those leaf packs so i'm curious as to their plan for dealing with that issue.

i know they used to warranty the leafs when they were bought new, not sure if they still do, but what if somebody broke their leafs today that they bought 6 months ago in the engage black friday sale? are they not ready to deal with the issue and that person is SOL until they figure it out?

    i'm just wondering, that's all...

I've had Deaver make a single replacement leaf for me based on my measurements. It's an option, anyway.

I would consider that blue truck over some of the sports cars I have been looking at.

    Thats a good question Matt.
My friend also bought some about 6 months ago. How do they cover the warranty right now? (his pack is fine/ works great, but im just wondering because I do not know what the policy is)
