I'll be driving through your wonderful state from Montreal, Canada to go to NYC during the Easter weekend.
I was wondering what the road conditions were like this time of year, especially through the Adirondacks. Should I leave my winter tires on??

I'm itching to put on my summer wheels/tires!!!

    Thanks in advance!!

Are you heading down 87? I'm across the lake from 87 & all our snow's been gone for awhile. Its brown & bare roads. Of course, there is always the chance of a freak storm. I swapped mine yesterday.

I would vote for leaving the winter tires on! !! It's better to have them on and not needing them! ! !! Have a good trip! !!:)
