Awesome, glad the family was with you so they will understand why the extra mods, tires, lift, etc that might come down the road are for "family safety" :D

This thread took a weird turn lol but that's cool man! I don't think I would have the balls to wheel a new truck so props to you. At least you learned your first mud lesson. A mud line usually never ends as planned.

Usually a good idea to go with someone just in case! Glad you got out ok! Toyota's were made for that kind of thing......no point in babying it! Truck looks great too!

Just outside of Vancouver. The trip was near the Mission area, where the GF is from so she knew some of the places to go.

Ya, my stomach kind of dropped when i realized i had 60 feet of mud behind me, which i barely made it through, and 20 feet in front...which i wasn't getting past, and i was all alone. A bit of panic was quickly overcome by adrenaline mainly created by tires spinning and mud spraying....everywhere!

Next time i won't be alone, or rolling stock - and thus, next time may be a ways away haha.

I'm new, and i tried to look up what ATARC stood for, but couldn't find it.

I had it in 4H and turned my traction control off to get out - if that's what you mean? lol.

Is that how you got out? Haven't been in alot of mud, but I know with other stuff airing down the tires works for added floatation and finding debris to stuff under the tires for traction works great too! Enjoy the truck man!

Cool , I'm in the Islands

TRD Sports don't have ATRAC , that only comes on the TRD Offroad which is only available in an Access Cab in Canada

There is no reason for you know who to come in here and start preaching ATRAC because the OP doesn't have hit on his truck .

Only a complete moron douchebag would do that .

I hope this post is clear enough for those reading along .
