Sorry... I like the people I work with most of the time. Then again we haven't done anything but paperwork the past month.

It is, I'm open ended now, I can either sign another 3 year deal for 60k or walk and get the fawk out of here. Nothings concrete down south yet so milking all the money I can before I go.

He has his own space but I have to help him so I'm running (or rather rolling ) back and forth all day.

Imagine a place where 115,000 people live in an area built for maybe 70,000. Housing costs and rental fee's are near hollywood levels. Everything everywhere has minimum 20% mark up, some consumable items like certain comon foods/batteries/something simple as a car light bulb cost over 100% more. Morning rush hour lasts 3 hours while evening rush hour is 3.5 hours long.

Lines everywhere groceries, resturants, liquor stores. Only real entertainment is to drink all the over priced liquor. So moving would also save my liver too!

I've got tons of awesome friends here, but the always being delayed means you never really have time to live and enjoy life. Another 3 years here I'd be 27, almost everyone I know here that age is miserable, alone, and already full blown alcoholic.

Not trying to complain, I've lived an awesome life here, just trying to put my desire to leave in perspective. I want change.

Move to Murica! Just kidding... Maybe Vancouver? I actually like Vancouver whenever I head up to the north. I haven't been to too many cities up there though.

    My thoughts exactly :D
lol! Been to Vancouver now 3 times, had a lot of fun there, overpriced housing but thats just cause of the awesome climate and coastal breeze! :D
Well exactly, and the thing that does get me, is everyone everywhere is testy because everyone gets to put up with all the same stuff. Like the cashiers are always angry, emergancy services (FF's, paramedics, cops) are all overworked and way underpaid for the area. Its like everyone has a stick up there ass sometimes. Its not like that 100% like you meet cheery people here and there, but not like I do when I'm traveling about.

I feel sad that people come here looking for a quick buck, but in the end, so few actually save what they've made in order to leave. There's always the thought of "well I'll just work 3 overtime shifts to make up for spending that". I always disuade people from coming here.

All my really good friends are leaving with me, some have already gone.
    Hiya Susan!
