No i get what you're saying, its a pretty iffy call for a playoff game but like Bosworth said it sets the tone and it was a make up call. What really hurt were those two back to back delay of game calls. What was your thought on the Canucks first goal? I'm still no sure if that should have been counted since it was obvious Kesler intended to topple Quick over and interfere with him, but whatever. At least the refs didn't fall for his acting in that play...

 

Borderline goalie interference / edge of crease , I wouldn't have been suprised to see it get called back but it wasn't like he ran right into Quick , and the defenseman was leaning him that way .

Do I think he flailed and acted like he was injured to draw a penalty...YES I do.

Do I think other boarding calls weren't called all night for the same thing because other players don't flop like dead fish when someone touches them...YES I do.
