Thanks for that pic as well. I am in the middle of this mod now....well not right now, im at work, but when i get home I'm going to finish. I just noticed my rocker switch only has two posts on it. it doesn't seem to have a ground. What should I do?

**edit, nevermind, i fingered it out.

This truck is a work truck - not a lot of fancy mod's here, but it's getting the job done!
I had some white surface mount LEDs in my truck, but they where too bright for leaving on all the time - more just cab lighting because my dome light is inoperable - thanks to your write up, I managed to install some in my cupholders and armrests as well... the question for me was mounting, but your thread here helped me figure that out... I won't crowd this thread out with pics... they are in my build thread linked in my signature...

I'm still kinda confused how you hook up the LEDs. Can you completely explain to me? PM. Thanks. And I have the seat and dash lights. I just need to know exactly how to hook up other interior lights. How to wire
EDIT: well the picture helped. I just need to know exactly what to use so I don't blow a fuse or something. And how did you hook it to the battery?

Hey bro, I was wondering if i could get a pic of how you hooked up the wiring to your + and - terminals. I have my cupholder and floor LEDs in and it looks great with the 9volt battery tester, just need to connect it all up right and i'll post pics.

    thanks

also, under body kit is on the way, lol

    Body kit....Awesome!

    Heres some pics....

I used two of these to put the positive and the negative wire into...

Yeah. The writeup is a few pages back. They work AMAZING by the way. So much light back there. Wish i would of done it years ago.

Ran the wires from the battery to the remote control box, then ran those wires under the truck , tucked wires in the frame, ran it up the rear to the hole in the bedside right behind the railing and into the spool of LEDS's.

well here is the body kit for now. I have to finish running power wire for the inside ones, then i'll get pics of those. I am going to wire my bed lights with a single pole double throw switch and run it like a dome light. Pics when that is done as well....

    Nope.

I attached the sticky side of the LEDS to the sticky side of the velcro.

Then i stuck the other (furry side) of the velcro up under the Tacoma railing.

Then I put the velcro that the LEDS are attached to , and velcroed them (starting at the end where the wiring came out of the bed hole) up to the
furry side velcro around the railing.

Then when I got to the other end of the railing, I cut the LEDS off at the nearest cut line.

    Worked flawlessly.

when making the bends around the inside of the bed, i covered the exposed LEDS with black electrical tape so they dont light up the corners. only under the bed rails. looks decent.
