Aaron, I have the same issue; along with broken headlight and grill tabs.

I know, but it was an important thing for trucks with heavy front ends...and retard drivers like me.

Yeah it's simple I just made it difficult lol

I removed the stock fan put some washers in it's place and torqued the nuts on again. Then I made an aluminum ring around the electric fan to seal the gap so it only sucks air threw the radiator (not around the fan). I pop riveted everything together and sealed it with PL silicon. In total it cost me about 100 bucks. I gotta make an adjustment on it today I'll snap some pics :)

I'm really liking the pickup i just...picked up over my taco.
although i found a weak point in my steering on friday night and sheared the steering knuckle bolts...

    good times.

never underestimate the power of 20 zip ties a roll of duct tape and two ratchet straps to get you steering again.

More of a mid travel question since I'm not LT up front but I'm looking to add limit straps.

I am on ext travel icons with TC UCA at 20 threads showing. What length strap will I need and where is the best spot to add tabs?

IIRC 12" but just measure the distance from your lower shock tab to where you plan on mounting the straps at full droop for a better idea
