    We had a 52 pallet fire once. Fire Dept showed up cause they could see the light reflected on the opposite side of the river valley even though we were down it and around the corner. something like 40-60 ft flames??

    Hello Susan, I'm averaging about 18 on my way home from Florida. Fairly expensive trip home, probably will be about $400,00 in gas, plus the hotels. Probably would have spent about the same on 2 plane tickets. How was the trip?

    Hi Dave.... Gas total both ways was about $870.00 :eek: then the motels - another :eek: Vicksburg MS wasn't bad but Odessa TX :eek: :eek: :eek:

    Wouldn't trade it for the world though... :eek:

    Trip was great!!! Didn't want to leave - wish I could have stayed as long as you did.

    The trip is going fine. We left Florida Saturday, spent two days in St. Pete visiting Jodi's sister, then drove to Alabama to visit Jodi's uncle for two days (I backed into his mailbox late at night and broke off my passenger mirror and scratched up the truck pretty good):eek:. We drove to Salem, VA yesterday, and to Harrisburg PA today. I'm sitting in a hotel in Harrisburg now. Heading home tomorrow. We need to take kind of shortish trips each day, the dog stiffens up after a few hours in the car. Job interview next Tuesday, fingers crossed.

    You gotta do what you gotta do for the pooch.

    I'm glad the girls can take 10+ hours in the truck or it'd take forever to get to AZ and back... I usually stop every 2 - 3 hours for a pee break and let them stretch. Longer stop about half way through the day.

    Shiny! I have an old school mountain bike, only ride it maybe once a month, usually to go pick up the taco from an evening oot and aboot. Suits me perfectly :D
