I always keep water in my truck and I wanted something a little more permanent than plastic bottles. It was tough finding something that fit well from Academy. Finally found these Sigg .6L aluminum bottles. I like them a lot. No leaks or anything and they fit perfect in the doors. They will sweat if your truck is hot and the water is cold though.

I just realized your door panel has less storage space than my 2005, I guess they changed the door panel design for 2012.

x2, I've got much bigger pockets on my 2007. I keep a multi-tool, a paper map, brake fluid, 20 oz. water bottle, microfiber towels, one of those multi-headed socket things and a few screw driver in my driver's side. Sucks they cut down on storage space for the new model.

Yea that does suck. More storage space is always better.

I thought there was a change from my 06 to the 12. They are a lot smaller. I had two nice size water bottles that would fit in the drivers door. Now I can hardly fit one of them per door. Seems like a stupid adjustment to make less space there?

I would gladly trade some bottle holders for a few map holders.

Id rather the small pockets from the 09-12 doors. I don't use my big pockets at all. An occasion paper may fall into it or something. That's about it.
