    Alot of tattoo shops do things like that to promote the shop. Alot of people will come in for a cheap small tattoo, and also it becomes somewhat of a social event too. Shops will do it for all sorts of occasions.

    I've never done the seal myself but you need something with a hooked end like a crowbar to pull the old one out. Believe someone suggested putting a rag on the end so you don't scratch shit up. Then use a wood block or something to tap in the new one. I think until it's flush.
