Im currently running about 3.75" of lift in the front on 285/75r/16's and my tires (ground side) sit a bit inward obviously creating uneven wear on my tires. Is there anything I can do to correct this aside from lowering the truck??

Wellllll here's the thing lol. When I had my initial 3" lift installed I did not realize the rear would be raised 3" as well and maintain the same rake I set out to get rid of. Sooooo I did what I see a lot of other people advise against and added a 1/2" toytec top plate spacer to even it out (at the advice of the mechanic who assured a "top plate spacer" would not effect the suspension travel) but I'm still running the stock bilsteins that came with the OR Package. And id rather saw my own arm off rather than "lower" my truck

    Meh....

The spacer won't impact travel, but since it moves the LCA away from the bump stop, it allows for upward travel to exceed the travel permitted by the shock, which can and will result in a broken lower shock mount if you bottom the suspension hard UNLESS you find a way to space out the snubber to limit upward travel.

On the alignment issues, pure and simple, you are running too much lift for the stock parts. You need a new UCA to bring your geometry back into a range that can be properly aligned.

From what I understand you have positive camber. If this is the case you have to buy upper control arms then get an alignment. I just got an alignment today (3" lift) and the tech told me I was maxed out and barely got the suspension into spec. I'm still gonna buy upper control arms because I need them to complete my mid travel setup up front.

I brought up the idea of new UCA's given the increase in lift and he said since I don't rock crawl/xtreme off road that it's not necessary to replace the UCA's however he didn't advise against it either. What's strange to me is that the alignment is as perfect as the stock setup and how would the inward angle of the tires change by getting an alignment (these are not contradictions, just lack of knowledge, everything I've learned thus far is from these forums).

if your tires are like this \ / you have positive camber and thats a wear alignment angle. Meaning your tires will suffer.

If the alignment was perfect your tires would look like this | | with camber being nearly 0* on both sides.

There will not be enough adjustment in the LCA cams to bring your camber down and keep your caster in spec. You'll need UCAs.

Alignment doesn't just make the truck drive straight but also the camber off the tires

Not to thread jack, but can someone post pictures of the camber bolts to see what the stock angles are set at?

I will post pics tmrw, not currently at home, it's not that bad I was just hoping there was a way I could make it perfect. I'm very meticulous with my taco :/

Your shocks are pretty much maxed out, your ball joints, tire rod should be oozing grease or are already ripped due to the angle of the lift. And if your a 4wd your cv axles boots are going to, or have already ripped causing sand, dirt, grim to ruin the axles. You would be better off ether 1) getting 4wd lift spindles, which to my knowledge only come in the LT kits (if your 4wd), 2nd option if your 2wd (prerunner) get spindles, and UCA's. I hear Maxtrac have some for a fair price. 3rd option is if your 4wd you can do a drop bracket to keep 4wd or do the same for prerunner, but it's retarded if your 2wd to do a drop bracket.

Just noticed inf your sig you state prerunner

    05sctaco nailed it.

You wanna play ya gotta pay.
Messing with the suspension geometry is not something you can just dive into with a couple of cheap... or one expensive... bolt-on parts.
It has to be thought out and built properly for it to be safe and to hold up.
