So what do you guys think, can we do a complete audio install? wiring, set-up, deadening, and putting it all back together?

That might be pretty ambitious. How much deadening are you planning to do? If you're planning to do all the doors, mine took me a while to do by myself. It's not difficult, it just takes time to do it right. If you don't know how to wire, I'd get that done. You could get someone to show you how to deaden. What stuff did you buy? I put RaamMat in my doors with Ensolite between the door and the panel and put RaamMat behind the rear driver's side seat for the sub.

i will be putting in the Rockford fosgate 3sixty.2. the amp for the subs, MB Quart PAB 1200.1d, the 4 channel amp, MB Quart PAB 4100. the Subs are two 10idq.v2.d4. Sub box is being made right now (MrMarv). The speakers in the front will be MB Quart DVI216, 6.5 separates, the rear will be 6.5 coaxial (not sure which yet). Baff's are being made by Marv as well. the wiring will be 1/0 gauge.

I have worked on systems before, but never in a tacoma. I know how to do most of it, but removing the panels on this is something i want to be careful on.

I have no decided on deadening, i know i want to but have not decided on material. i want to do a far amount. Not to much experience on installing it.

Removing the door panels and the stock stereo are pretty easy. I had very little experience. It shouldn't be a problem for you.

i'd say i have a very small experience with installation. i installed my kyb shocks and tein springs on my old honda with a friend. Ive just been looking at a write up for lift install, which seems to be pretty easy, all bolt ons. but again this is IF he can't help. IF he can, you are welcome to come too, maybe we can do a full write up

I just swapped out my trd shocks and coils for 885's and OME n140s shocks. Easy as cake. You might have to take your stock schocks and coils and your new ones to a shop to get them assembled. Im not sure how the coilovers come though. I still have my rear OME shocks i need to install
