    It is always hard to push it in your daily driver. What kind of trail rig are you looking for? :D

    I remember somebody said something about "leaving while all our crap is still moving", lol. Next time if it is a little drier I'll check out the spiderweb; maybe by then you'll have some tread on those racing slicks.

    Just finished our open house and three families showed up:

    1. Loved it, but hadn't even put their house on the market yet
    2. Hated everything about it, and apparently stayed the longest of everyone, just walking around telling my agent what they hated.
    3. Liked it, but her husband is out of town so he didn't get to see it.

    So that's three more than before which is a good thing I guess.
