I want a little bit of bro lean in the front, (not too much mind you) when I get a full 3 inch lift on my truck?

    Here's my set up now:
5100's at 1.75, 5100's in rear no TSB or AAL.

    Here's what I want:
5100's at .85 with OME 885 coils and 1/4' top plate spacer for full 3 inch lift for front, 1.5' Toytec AAL in rear with 5100's.

Planning on getting 285's as well, I have 265's currently...

So I am hoping that this setup gives me enough clearance for 285's with not too much trimming, and hopefully I am going to be a little nose high, not too much.

Would this set up be what I am expecting? Or is it going to be level or even possibly at a rake?

I think you're worrying about it too much. Just my opinion. :anonymous:

Well I wanna do my research and ask questions before I buy stuff and install it you know? I don't wanna end up mistakingly buying the wrong thing and getting it installed and it not be what I wanted in the first place. Just too much extra time and lost money dealing with returns and reinstallation and stuff.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but I think your truck would be almost if not perfectly level at those heights. I ran 285/75r/16's on my 3" lift but u will have to do some very minor trimming to the front for them to fit just right. Also my 285's would not clear my UCA's without spacers but I'm using the stock baja alloy wheels. An aftermarket wheel may be ur only option if u wish to not use spacers

I wish they made 1 inch AAL's but they only make 1 inch blocks, and I do not want to go with blocks in the rear... I've heard many bad things about em.

I'm trying to figure out how to get the nose a little higher than the rear, but with that setup being perfectly level, IDK if I should go with a bigger top plate spacer? Any suggestions?

I might even just not lift the rear... Contemplating this, I have seen other trucks not lifted in the rear running 285s with aftermarket wheels and they said they were fine. I don't offroad, I drive on the pavement 99% of the time.

Here is a pic of my truck when I had my 5100s set at 2.5 in the front...

I lowered it to 1.75 because it wandered too much on the freeway, and the allignment shop couldn't get the tires to go from \---/ to l---l.

Sorry for the thread within a thread, but
my wife was born in biloxi and raised in louisiana, and everyone up there seems related. So I guess they know their identities pretty well.
I joke with the the guys at her family reunions because its a great place to meet a girl! :D

I guess I will run 285's with the lift in the front and probably leave the stock rear...

Yeah, I just want to make sure so that I don't mistakenly buy and install something that's gonna end up being returned or resold... Too much trouble to go through. I made many mistakes already when buying stuff for my truck without doing thorough research, don't wanna do it again you know?
