It isn't the food in my stomach I'm worried about I'm trying to lose weight so if I ate a pretien bar now and worked out in 20 minutes I'd be burning the stuff in the bar not fat. Right?

Yea I gotta check my diet and start recording everything. I'm not seeing any loss but people are telling me that my face and legs are looking skinnier so I guess I'm losing but the scale ain't showing anything other than the 21 pound loss since I started in late January early Feb.

Beer has been my downfall. Once I turned 21 I put down the shakes and picked up the brews. No I'm trying to cut back if not at all. So now I'm looking for alternative party drinks.

Any suggestions? Hard liquor I suppose...

Ok I usually end up with about 1500 cals burned before the day is over. I usually do an hour on the treadmill in the morning 3mph at 8 incline and later workout and another half hour on the bike usually.

Pinnacle flavored vodka and a mixer (juice, diet soda, one person I knows mixes with water) I say pinnacle because its not crazy expensive and you can change up flavors, just be responsible and juice is still full of calories.

I had a great workout this weekend. A friend of mine, Bart "IRONMAN" Weeks of Augusta Fight Club in GA, fights MMA and they gave me the opportunity to train with them and I gotta say I have a new found respect for the guy's that do MMA because I was breathing hard at the end of the warm up by the third round of sparring I was wiped. I had a choke on him but my arms were so tired that I couldn't hold him long, it was my first time doing anything fighting wise that wasn't a street fight and he was coaching me along on what to do because I was the only one there without any kind of training. Very good, challenging, and fun workout. I'll post up the video if they put it on YouTube. I'm may start training with them more after their fights when they can relax the training a little bit.

Some prefer to train with meals in them, others not. Your choice.

I do both. Usually I wake up eat a quick breakfast then gym then come home and shake/eat. I tend to lift heavier after noon with a few meals in me tho.

I'm thinking of going to a new protein powder.

    Any thoughts on Muscle Pharm?

I'm not looking to get huge, just be very fit and very toned. I haven't considered pre-workouts or creatine, but if I do, I'll prolly stick all to one brand.
