Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
Wish I had the same experience. My stealership keeps blowing me off. Next time I go in I'm going to find the head manager of the entire stealership and mention to him that it's my third time coming in for the same problem, and the next time I'll just have the state AG remind him about Lemon Law practices.

So what's up with this TSB? Allows you to have more weight in the bed or something?

yea I plan to do some towing and drove a new 2012 TRD with the 4 Leaf Pack and saw no difference in ride, so I went with the upgrade. I told them I put my honda foreman(489lb) in the bed and it sunk down 2 plus inches and to me that was unacceptable
and plan to tow a Jeep on and open Trailer and they said no problem

Hmm, I guess I don't really need it since I'll only be putting my kawi in the back +/- 400lbs...not like I could get it done here in Italy anyways.

And a short term fix if you haul with any regularity. It only took a few loads of gravel in my trailer to eliminate any benefits that came with the TSB leafs.

Call Toyota customer support first and have them create a case # for you, then take that with you to the dealer coupled with the printed out TSB PDF. Seems to help a little if you have these 2 things.

I also will be installing a set of Firestone Air Bags to take up the slack for towing, From what I have already read on the form that should help the Leaf Pack some
