Anyone into R/C?

Just snapped one dicking around in the driveway. No big deal. I just chopped up an old body pin and used that. Works so far.

 

damn, the ts2 handles really well lol. cant wait to get it on the track tomorrow.

 

Thanks for the heads up, I already figured id have to run it without the interior with my vxl system since it tends to run hot.

 

Got my e-savage today. First thing I did, LOWER IT hahaha.

 

I think I just stripped every fucking gear out of my transmission. Dammit. Fuck, I'm going all steel.

Well at least one. I've stripped the idler before. It sounds much worse than that, though. I just had got it back together again, too!

My exo came in today, turns out it damn near matches my truck perfect, haha

I'm thinking if I go all metal in transmission, lube it up real good, and run my clutch a little looser I should be alright..
Robinson hardened steel idler and hot racing hard anodized alum. diff case. The top input shaft is metal from the factory. Anyone wanna advise me against this?

Your just gonna chase the weakest link to some where else. I'll bet it's idler only, check that, I forget your running a gear diff. Is your diff gear composite?
