does lift kits take away the 4wd option???

    skid plate, side step rails, new rims, hose clamp, 20% tint, G4 Tonneau cover, JVC 7 in double din stereo/dvd
    so a buddy through this at me when I was telling him I might be putting a lift in my truck... he asked me if the 4wd will still work with teh lift. I never even thought that I wouldn't have that option with a lift, is there any truth to this?

    Ignore the last part of the text but follow the red line. That's where your front driveshaft would be if you were running 4x4. The axle would have to pass through the lower control arm in order to work with the spindle lift.
