I am going to put on a full OME kit in the next couple weeks(actually going to order here in a bit) will I be close to level or will I still be nose diving in the front end like it was before I flattened my springs? I want to try to get it level if I can or close to it. If I remember right, it was pretty high in the rear when I bought it and the OME kit is going to supposedly raise it 1.75 in the front and 2.75 in the back. Does anybody have this same set up and how level is your ride. If it's not level, what did you do to level it and how much?

Are you going with 884 or 885?

885's and Dakars should get you close to level. I went with 885's and AAL and i am a little nose high and will be switching to dakars in the future.

Are you adding the top plate spacer?

I have the full kit with the 886's and it basically keeps with the factory rake. Your back end will be a little higher. I love the way it looks though. I wouldn't do it but you could always use spacers for the front to level it out.

Dakars provide approx 3" of lift on an AC , 885's give approx 3" up front , so he won't be level , he'll have factory rake , only 3" higher than stock

Does anybody have the extra leaf for the spring set that they offer?

I have the exact OME lift no top plate spacer and it has the same factory rake. I eventually want some weight in the back so I am not to concerned about it. I am also thinking of getting an after market bumber but I will then switch to the 886 coils. That is a year or two down the road.

I can live with that I guess. I dont really want spacers, but if it was gonna be bad off, I might have done it.

I am planning on doing the same thing Dave. May never happen with the wife as tight as she is, but I am hoping I can work it out after we get the house settled some.

Thanks a lot guys. Is there anything I need to know or anything that will make the install go easier? I have skimmed through some threads and it seems pretty straight forward, but I may have missed some important tidbits somewhere.

Oz, let me know what you think about it. I may want it later, but I am wanting to wait on it since some people have said the dakars handle the weight fine for hauling wood and I dont want too stiff of a ride when I am going to work.
