Ok I have a 2007 White PreRunner CC/SB which I love but am gonna replace her very soon with the identical truck but in 4x4, as I plan on putting a lot of upgrades into her soon and want this to be my perfect and last truck.
Here's my dilemma I love my hood scoop and color keyed door handles and mirrors.
So I was thinking of getting the TRD Sport, however from what I can tell only the TRD Off Road comes with a locking diff, is this what youve heard?
If so how much difference would the locking diff make?
I am not a rock crawler but do want a capable off road truck.
What are your guys opinions? :notsure:

As far as I know, only the OR comes factory with the diff locker. Could always buy the Sport and install an aftermarket diff locker?!? This way you keep the appearance of the Sport with the locker of an OR. Also, the OR doesn't come in a DCLB version

You can get front and rear ARB Air Lockers and have OBA then ;)

but you are correct about only the TRD OR is the only model with the factory locking diff.

Distinct Offroad light bar, Rigid E-series and amber duallys, Leer 100xq, Oem roof rack, Oem bed mat, Bullculla trailer plug relocate bracket, Rear diff vent mod, front mud flap chop, Color matched Grille w/Andres devil horns, Wet okoles and weathertechs
Get the OR and benefit from the locker, if your after a capable off-road truck why bother with color matched components just more parts to get scratched up. Or like stated above get the OR and swap hood, mirrors and handles if you want the color matched scheme.

They are rugged trails not all terrains. And they are also not very good.
