im just getting the heavy duty tg sliders. the guy at the shop talked me into the dom because tg was such a good deal. i was considering just going with cheaper hrew ones and having him custom build me some, but he basically said he was not going to build me some sliders out of shit stuff when i can buy the heavy duty metal for 30 bucks more. so i will have the sliders here in 3 days and im going to paint em and have the local shop weld em on.

 

while i was in the fab shop one of the guys asked me if i was going to get a lift...i said i already had it. then he asked if i was going to put it on myself bitch it IS on! i was mad and confused lol.

 

I get asked if my truck is lifted to, 3in isnt exactly super noticeable. Expecially by dumb people who think lifts have to be db. Prob didnt help that you rolling stock wheels. Hows that working btw? your not rubbing?

 

haha i know, its REALLY outdated. i want to update everything once i have the sliders painted and on and the wheels painted. oh the transformation

I hate lifted full size trucks them make me feel small.

some ass clown in a ford was laughing at my little truck as he passed me and his buddy took a picture. when i got to Wally world i watched them circle around trying to find a parking spot while i parked right in front in the HC spot and laughed as they drove past looking for a spot.


for sliders DOM and HREW aren't a huge issue, if it was a Cage i'd say get DOM all the way

 

lol no stock wheels here. 33s breh. those actually look noticable. because they fill in the wells it doesent look like much lift, bit it took almost 3" to get em to fit. and no rubbing so far, but i havent wheeled it yet. im not concerned about the front, but it looks like if i stuff the rear the tire will be rubbing on the rear of the fender.

 

Tusk you truck is pretty bad ass man I want to go for a ride in it. I miss being able to go fast.

 

for 30 bucks i get an extra mounting leg i just took the good shit haha, so i went with it.

 

Wheels...like rim, not tire. I know you got 33's yours fill alot like mine do i think you will be ok wheeling for the most part. I only rub everynow and then when I really try.

in idaho its 7.25. and my guess is your hourly wage is around 20-25. close?

 

I would have too, I'm going to have one more added to mine from the back leg to the slider just to have a little more support.
