Technically it was last weekend, but her sister was here visiting from Peru so we postponed it to this weekend.

Lol no I had that idea before I just never said it. But I guess I'll say my idea next idea. I'm planning on making a seat using my old leafs. Because once leafs go flat there trash right ?
Have you seen the old model t that using one leaf in the front ? Imagine that in a bench seat , thats my idea now who is going to steal it lol

You can get leaf springs re-arched. But that sounds like a cool idea. Or you could build a little buggy and use them for the suspension....

Haha, it is sad that our suspension is about the same as what they used in carriages 100+ years ago...

Which makes me question, how would a horse hauling ass through the desert, pulling a carriage with center mounted independent suspension perform?

I'm sure if it was built beefily (yes that's a word :spy:) it would. Solid axles are better for articulation, hauling ass thru the desert? IFS would soak it up better. You can also make IFS pretty flexy, it's just usually more fragile than solid axle's...

Hey guys - What time is everyone thinking about dropping by on Saturday? I know some of you had work first or are maybe not early risers :p but I am just trying to get a sense of when people will start showing and also when Devin needs to start smoking some food. :D

So is it cool to put me down for the rear diff armor fitting? Also need someone to take a look at my sliders before I take them to get PC.

Same. I know you said 8am Eric, but I just don't see that happening... 10am would be the earliest you'd see my ass.
