No hate here buddy. I just find it amusing how you were so quick to assume steroids are the results of me busting my ass for 12 straight weeks
Feel free to post up any progress photos you may have for comparison.

Nah...I'm not the type to take pictures of myself in little under armour panties or show off my overly muscly body, I dont see the point in it...I dont really have time in my life for it anyways...to each their own, and I never mentioned hate...;)

you know what you don't even have to answer that.

if your fat & happy why tear someone else down for no reason?

if it was meant as a joke it was in bad taste and not really funny.

Let's get back to the topic of P90x and diets to support that life style...

Jeremy, if you really want to have that candy bar or that tasty sugary drink, or that not so healthy meal, do it as a reward to yourself. Go a week on the diet, busting ass on P90x and see what happens, set a goal for yourself, if you meet that goal, have a candy bar. Next, set a goal for 2 weeks, if you meet that goal, have a cheat meal.

I am a personal friend of Sean's, I know he busts his ass, he's right when he says, you've gotta be all in for shit to work. Throw in the towel on bad food, candy, pizza, sugar etc...get to the gym enough where it turns into habit and you can't stand not going.

c6e4df18-f795-555f_eb8eb489563909e6cf0fd1485839e4b04ec32499.jpgThe gym is the easy part. It's the diet that separates the men from the boys. Like Aaron said, use the candy bar or w/e as a "cheat meal" NOT cheat day. Keep it in moderation and TRY to have something of nutritional value. Here's my last cheat meal dessert
Sweet potato banana protein pancakes with protein sludge. Nutritious AND good.

Care to share recipe? Maybe in Foodies BS?

OP stick to it I'm going on 3 months of eating much better and while it is hard at times as long as you don't pig out on bad stuff you can have a candy bar/cheat MEAL, a snickers bar is mine, or a grilled burger say once a week if you've earned it. I'm down about 20 pounds with no intention of looking back. P90X is pretty legit I've done a few days worth of training with it mainly when I didn't have access to my gym. Just stick with it and it'll get easier to work out and eat right.
