    I saw something like this in a chevy one time. It had a shotgun and AR. I have no idea how it was mounted since it was in a parking lot. It did look a little low hanging for me since I'm 6'3" but Adam is short so it should be okay.

    Ya I have plenty of room up above me.

    I think it'll be a pretty bad ass set up if I end up doing it. Only problem I can see is getting the lock itself since in a law enforcement application item..

    Adam, Demello Offroad installed a gun rack like that in an FJ, I'll try to dig up the pic. I'm pretty sure it's exactly what you are thinking.

    Edit: found it, it has an electronic release too.
