New guy here from the Carribean! I'm new to this site, but definitely not new to forums. Sorry to disappoint, but i dont have a Toyota :( I have a Chevrolet. If yall say gtfo then i'll go.

anyways, i'm in USNB Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (you know that place..). I've been here a few years working in the hospital. You can thank a member here for referring me to this site!

Be gentle, this is my first non-chevrolet forum... ;)

    Too many to list now.
Curious why you would want to be part of a non-chevrolet site when you own a chevy.

    Welcome.

Just to clear the air, no you do not need to own a Tacoma or even a Toyota to join this forum. You do, however, need to like and appreciate them if you want to make friends here. If members here think you do need to own a Tacoma to be here, they are just as foolish as many other groups in the world that stereotype (such as Harley riders who look down on non-Harley riding folks), and I will probably leave if that is the case. I come here for the commroderie (sp?), and learn about my truck, not to think we are better than everybody else.

Beware though, you may get some interesting questions/comments from folks here why you are joining if you don't own a Tacoma, just gotta grow a thick skin and not let those people bother you.

working with the navy teaches me to get that thick skin. i dont take things personally and i dont let little things bother me, especially the internet badass's (can i say that?)

people can say what they want to me about my choice in truck and i'll still give them a nice handshake and call them friend

I'd gladly shake your hand good sir, thanks for protecting and serving our nation. Sorry if I seemed rude, truly wasn't my intention. I was just that, curious. I joined cause I have always loved tacoma's so I suppose even if I didn't have one I'd be on here too.
