On another topic, there's an UltraGauge group buy peoples should get in on...

Supposedly it'll be $55 after all the discounts. I paid almost $90 up front, but sounds like I'll be getting quite a bit reimbursed assuming we get 150+. I think we can easily hit it, but the more the merrier obviously. Get on it!

To tide you guys over here's the results of the last ND I witnessed. It was at a 3-gun competition in Nebraska and I was standing about 3' behind the guy when he went to re-holster and didn't take his booger picker out of the trigger guard first. I felt lucky the muzzle was point at his own hip and not slightly angled backwards.






Warning: Blood (barely)

This was taken shortly after it happened and we got the blood stopped and the leg wrapped up. One of his cop buddies was at the competition and ran him into town to the ER. The LEO was in uniform and was probably less calm about the whole thing than anyone there.

Seconds after I took this pic the LEO driving shouted at me to stop so he could rush him lights and sirens to the ER. lol



There's the results. .45 ACP ball ammo into the upper thigh and exited just above the back side of the knee then re-entered the calf and carried part way down before it finally came to a rest in the center of his calf. He was joking when I took the first pic but I guess he wasn't joking by the time they hit the ER and the shock wore off.
