Today is the anniversary of the "shot heard round the world" April 19, 1775. The 18th was Paul Revere's midnight ride. Just like all of you military veterans, the farmers of 1775 rose to the occasion and fought for their new country to be.

ty, no problem, i'll post a pic of my 32 inch/12 1/2 lber that i have mounted in a glass coffee table. i have caught 5 master angler walleye in my years of fishing the great lakes. my wife just caught her 1st one two weeks ago, she got it on length. it was 30 1/2 and only weighed 7.9 lb.

Sounds like a few days of reading, board games and puzzles. Nice and relaxing.

Welcome to the over 60 thread. Nice to have another youngster pop in for a visit. Make yourself at home.

Could not have said it better Jim. Our forefathers had gonads the size of a softball. ;)

I cannot imagine signing the Declaration of Independence knowing that you and your family would be hunted down and either be shot or hung. They make our politicians today look like a bunch of crybaby wimps.

waddyou mean "LOOK LIKE" most of them are! not too interested in the country, only special intrest groups.

NICE "EYE". my biggest is 29 1/4", 7lb. 14 oz. my buddy has one 29", 9.7 lb. (9lb. 11 oz). this size is considered big for our area, although there are some over 10 to be caught.

 Welcome Terry. Very nice fish and COOL mount!

    Well said Jim and Tom!

I had the opportunity to visit the Battle Green in Lexington, MA back in Jun 1997. It was a very moving experience and hard to put into words.

Thank you Paul for the reminder.

    Hope all are well today.:)

Jim -- no really wasn't mad without TW. Just needed to take a break. Hard to explain. I enjoy the communication and community here. I think I'm gonna get rid of my smart phone and go back to my old Motorola Tundra. I deal with computers still in my job, just felt I was letting all the computer stuff take up too much of my time. :notsure: does that make any sense?
