one of my neighbors doenst take care of his yard for shit. he is a nice guy but just does not care about his yard (too busy playing golf). So I will use any left over fertilizer/weed killer on his yard and I have mowed it a few times. He offered to buy me beer for it
Id rather just take care of the problem then have to look at his shitty yard and get pissed about it.

 

The guy's yard's a train wreck. we have a pool out back and after 2pm it's shady because he has HUGE pine trees lining our fence. The pool is forever filled with needles and almost destroyed our filter last year. Not to mention the mold on the side of our house and corner of the roof because of the lack of sunlight.

He said, he didn't expect them to get that big...

I would mow it all down but the yard's full of limbs, rocks, lost children and stumps.

friend, I have a solution for you

use the string attachment to take care of grass and the blade attachment for everything else. you can get a small yard done rather quickly.




or, extend that fence all the way to block his yard, make sure its on your land and paint his side bright pink

 

if they are over your property line then he is responsible for trimming them.

Trees are great. but you can also have too many of them as well, in TRDmachines case.

 

but the weed whacker is fun....especially ones that can take down that fence......or the ones that have enough power to pull you off your feet when you bump a chain link fence (i know from experience).

but ya, the fence is probably a better Idea

good point, building a fence is fun..... especially if you paint your neighbors side pink.

I maintain a couple lawns in the summer time, and will sometimes mow and weed eat another one sometimes.

I enjoy the weedeating except for one place. We have a 2 ft wide sidewalk that is old and crumbling on the edges. only the center 12 or 14 inches are visible. I have to buzz the entire sidewalk with the weed eater......rocks everywhere. 85-90 degrees and I am wearing long pants, long sleeves, gloves, and a full face shield.....and I still end up with small bruises on my arms and legs

There are companies that make roof wash to kill any algae/moss/mold on your roof. After you use that put a small strip of copper or zinc coated copper under the top row of shingles. The minerals from the metal will keep your shingles clean.
