Just curious why is it better to do the rear first?

what are you currently running up front?

def do the rear end first. you planning to do the standard 61.5" spring and 12" shackle?

not really... for the 1st gens there is no "bolt on" rear SUA set up. it's all custom and way more fab required to build than the front.

there is no uptravel with the stock SOA set up. up travel is your friend in the high speed stuff. a built front end with the stock SOA set up will result in the rear end bucking all over the place because it can't keep up with the front end. there rear is where your drive wheels are so if you want to keep those on the ground.

So its better to kinda have some balance building both front and back? So that they can keep up with each other?

I have fab tech loved them in HS but the I learn a bit and would never recommend them.

Well I'm still learning but I want about 18-19 inches of travel or so I think that would be a sweet set up since the front is about 13 inches

    you're thinking of jberry

you're going to want to replace those fabtech CO's when you LT the rear... any performance race style CO will be better than those piles. icon, king, fox...

travel #'s only mean so much. it's all about shock tuning.

going to try to... i need to hit some dirt. been way too long
