    ok the garage is clean, the truck is clean, the living room, dining room, kitchen, both bathrooms and the computer room are clean. The cat boxes are clean, the laundry is done, there's enough of a breeze going through the house so dusting is done. Made a run to the COUNTY LANDFILL :p so the trash is out. Flowers out front are watered, bushes out back are trimmed and next years orange and lemon trees are in the dirt. TiVo is cleaned off, and all three running computers in the house are virus scanned and backed up.

    Now what?

    once i get going i don't stop until it's done. developed a system, i start in one corner, clean something and grab something that don't belong there. go to where whatever i grabbed belongs, put it there, clean something there and grab something from there and head to where it belongs. repeat until done. amazing how quick stuff gets done that way.

    oh i left out i pulled out the john deere and plastic welded the leak in the fuel tank.

    getting there....
    carpet is in.....looks awesome. most of the painting is done too....just have the laundry room,one bathroom and one closet to go. carpet went in yesterday......but i was only on last night for a bit.......i crashed out early. someone made a bid on the place in the country we were looking at tho......oh well. we'll find something. it was too long of a drive from there to work anyway.

    we will have the condo on the market by tuesday or wednesday(boobs and my anniversary)!
