Here's my latest - going to CristianTRD. Standard "deep dish" Satoshi (2 7/8" depth) with the triangles done. Mesh is the "small hexagon" design in black from www.customcargrills.com.

    Congrats and enjoy!!

    Thanks a lot, guys.

I've been working on a few, actually. Plus, pet problems last weekend put me in a funk (and behind schedule).

BTW, willing to trade a grill for a brush guard, bull bar, or OEM smoked headlights.

Or, anything cool - PM me with offers.

If you can do the Satoshi you would not have a problem at all doing the BHLM. I know this cause I was able to do the BHLM, but I had to get a pro to do the Satoshi

Yup. What Jim said. I preheated to 300 degrees. Turned off the oven. Put the lights on a pan. And 9 minutes exactly. Hardest part of the whole mod was that one pesky bolt.

Here are some pics of a grill that I just completed for WMVillao. It's a 2" lip, with the small hexagon mesh design in powdercoated black.

Here's a trick for these: I use a tailor's tape measure to compensate for the curvature of the lip when measuring and 1/2" masking tape to mark the contour.

This one turned out really well.

Here are some pics for one that I also just finished for Williams63. Standard depth (2 7/8") with the small hexagon mesh. Triangles have been done, too.

If anybody is interested in having one done, feel free to PM me.

    Thanks!
