    I go to lowes more often too, mainly because it's the only hardware store here at school.

    If I'm at my parents, I normally go to Ace because it's a good bit closer than HD/Lowes, and they send out $5 off coupons frequently, and in terms of hardware they have a better selection of more difficult stuff to find.

    Once again - some have more than others... It depends on what market the store is in.
    My stores in Bucks County have receivers and Ball hitches as well as locks & pins. The stores in Philly - no way.

    I have an Ace that is walking distance from my house. They have a much better selection of certain types of hardware. - I bought Grade 8 bolts at Ace... HD does not carry them. :(

    Lol besides that I have found everything I need. But one thing I did recently notice is shingles. I need to replace my roof soon so I was pricing out shingles and went into hd to look. They carry some 'Canadian ' brand I have never heard of, not to mention they are an ugly design too lol. I was surprised they didn't carry Iko
