That's a big problem with new people is that they are afraid of going to the gym and being embarrassed. I now work out with my old football O-line coach and he can bench somewhere around 400 pounds but I just don't care anymore.

Can someone recommend me a lactose free protein powder? Currently I use Isopure and it's great but it only has about 200 calories per two scoops. It has 50g of protein which is awesome but I want something more on the side of a weight gainer. Or should I just eat another meal during the day rather than use a new protein shake?

    Thanks guys!

Other then being a rep for them I prefer iSatori Eat-Smart. It's gluten free and has added anti-biotics and digestive enzymes.

I use the ones at the gym. Of recommend it. It'll stretch the muscle too...causing more room for potential growth :D

    Quick side note guys,
please do not get so hung up on the amount of protein. Protein is not the only thing needed for growth and excess amounts wont do you any good. Check the link I provided a page back where you can calcualte your macros to help you with your goals.

(side note2: If your dieting for a show then protein gets upped to help with preservation of muscle mass)

2.5" lift, ARE Shell, Ducks Unlimited Rubber Floor Mats. ROGUE badges,
Check out Carnivore. I've tried tons of proteins and I always go back to it. It's a beef isolate so zero dairy and it's low in calories.

And I'm not a rep for anybody or anything. Just manage gyms so I've been exposed to a lot of different supplements.

Good luck gettin your swole on haha

Got 2 foam rollers and that thing. \/

I'll bust them out more often. Should I be doing it right after the work out? Or what kind of time frame am I looking at?
