Hey guys, great site here, had to join up. :)

Now to my question, I was wondering about getting a pair of these accessory off road lights I see. I run my truck through the woods ALOT, 20-30 miles of dirt road on national forest land to get to and from 2 different fishing areas, and I want to really light the place up when driving at night.

Would you say your lights provide significantly more light than your headlights alone?

Also, have any of you ever installed a spot light (cop style). I think a small one would be good for looking for campsites, setting up camp in the dark.

    Thanks

You can get work lights or off road lights that you don't have to install permanently...It's your truck- but I don't dig those spotlights that much.

I think you'll see a pretty decent bump up in light output with some offroad lamps on the right rack.

Welcome to the board- Tons of people will have opinions...Enjoy!!

Thanks, and oops. I lazily looked around and totally missed the lighting section. Hopefully this can get moved over there.
