naw, I was just worried about dealing with getting the adjusters back in place. but got enough leverage on pry bar and was able to cork screw strut and coil out through bottom and the new one back in. I spent 14 years in a body and I am very aware of what I am and am not capable of. Do-able but just limited with hand tools and a single pair of hands. you're right though, I knew I didn't want to mess with the adjustment set up or I would be going to a shop. Learning curve will be much shorter on the other side.

I was trying to be nice but now you have written the invitation. Stick with giving advice on things you know about, like that dump you felt the need to tell us about this morning.

So what your saying is that a Toyota certified technician should not give advice on auto mechanics. :D

No disrespect intended. I am not allowed to flip a little shit? Your sarcasm travels over the internet as poorly as mine. simply meant I didn't want to mess with the adjustment on the lca if I didn't have too, I wanted to stick with simple unbolt it and bolt it back together. well since he is a toyota tech that gives him at least two areas of expertise to advise on. Anyway, while you boys have been here setting this thread on fire, I got the truck back together, just needed a bigger bar. Thanks for the input. and from the sound of these posts, I'm not the one that needs to relax.... or E.A.D.
