Impressive numbers...I suggest watching your tire size if you're concerned with your MPG. When I put the 33" Duratracs on I lost two or three MPG. But, they look cool so I got that goin' for me...

Nice truck. Where in NJ are you? I'm up in Union County. I put the Hankook Dynapro ATM's on my truck (265/75r16's). You'll get a bigger tire and won't really lose the gas mileage. For the extended cab, I don't think you mpg's are that bad. I can push and get 22-23 with my truck but that's using an Ultra-Gauge and really being light on the pedal.

    Thanks to you both!

I think the EPA rating when i first got it for the 2.7L 4x4 was like 18mpg! I've always expected to be just under the EPA rating, not a solid 1-3mpg OVER

And as for gas-mileage loss with bigger tires, i know , but i'm more than prepared for it! I got this thing with big wheels and tires in mind from day one.

What's the biggest setup I can run on this truck without changing anything else (like the suspension)??

You can run the 265/75r16's which are like 31.7" tires. You can also put the SpiderTrax wheel spacers on them to kick them out for a wider stance if you like. Or also the Bilstein 5100's up front to level the truck out. I'm currently set at 1.75".

Here are some pics of my current setup to give you an idea. P265/75r16 Hankook Dynapro ATM's with Bilstein 5100's set at 1.75 or 1.85 (I forget). Wheels are Mickey Thompson Classic II's in black.
