A quick update on my contact with the vendors. I emailed both of them today telling them that we were at 32 being ordered. I heard back from one and their offer was 10% off, they would charge shipping if you purchase 1, but would provide free shipping if you purchase 2 or more. This would be done with a promo code that would expire in about a month.

The other vendor has not emailed me back yet. My initial contact with them indicated that they would provide a 15% discount for orders of 30 or more. I'm not sure if they realized that we would not have 1 combined order, so that may change what they are willing to do.

I also contacted 2 more vendors that sell the valves on ebay. I spoke to one and have not heard back from the other. The person I spoke with sounded like he's done this before for another forum. He does not have an ecommerce website set up, so we would have to use paypal, or call him and provide credit card info. He is working on a price for me, but it sounds like for the members wanting 1, it will be a little cheaper through him than the website offering the 10% discount.

ETA: The 2nd ebay vendor offered $2 off per valve, and free shipping on orders of 2 or more. This would not be as good as the 10% discount.

Limited to 1 coupon code per individual, and 100 max customers and expires on May 18. You will need to register for an account before the code will work.

Offer 3: http://www.quickoildrainvalve.com 15% off with promo code TAC4. They charge shipping on all orders and did not mention any time or order limits. ($20.36 regular valve & $22.91 w/nipple)

Quick & easy payment processing instead of having to send an email somebody and wait X amount of time for a response, plus I have no need/interest for the Amsoil membership. 90% though was ease and instant gratification.

 

Sounds good. I have no affiliation with any of them. I'm ordering 3, so the 10% off with free shipping is the best option for me.

 

I ordered using option #3 also with the nipple it was 27.91 option # 2 would have been 28.54 didn't go with option #1 for the same reason as Richard Cranium
