This may be the only instance where "shit'll buff out" is the correct answer.

Why does there always have to be an asshole in every thread? I just wanted some advice on how to repair a mistake and people have to be mean and take the thread off the purpose? Geesh..

I think if you try anything other than polish it will stand out more. Looks like the clearcoat went wrong.

Dude take it to a detailer. Tell them what you did. They can probably fix it

^^^ This is exactly what I would do, and I've been in the body-shop industry for over a decade. It's a bit of an advanced technique, because if you use too much paint thinners, you can melt through the clear. But that said, spray paint will come off with thinners.

Honestly man, take it to a detailer, and pay them to do it. You'd be surprised what they can do, and you won't have to pay a ton to have your door (and blend panels) repainted.

    Good luck!

Yeah there meant to remove the haze off a clear coat and to take care of very light surface scratches. It's a less abrasive alt to wet sanding compounding and polishing.
Over all I thing everyone needs to chill out. OP is not an auto body pro. Y r ppl giving him advice on doing it a way that takes years of expearence to perfect. Secondly y r ppl taking shots at this guy. Again he's not a pro. We all have made mistakes, he came here for advice, either take it to a pro or research the hell out of the topic b4 he messes the paint up even more. That was mine. Just my .02$
