    I've gotten a lot thicker since i started deadlifting on a weekly basis, currently at 275lbs for 10 reps weighing right around 145ish. although it is costing me to slightly lose my abs, just work my abs more?

    What exercise would be best to work the inside of triceps muscle, I think its called the longhead triceps, where the lateral triceps is the outer one.

    I'm doing dips on the dip bar weighted with a 25 lbs plate on the belt chain, tricep push down with a bar pushing with my palms,tricep pull down with the rope finishing with twist of the wrist outward, and overhead cable extensions with the rope and the lateral tricep is getting great definition and size, but not the longhead tricep.

    i use mine all the time, and i tell my clients to use them both as often as possible. at the least you should foam roll before your work out and after during warm up and cool down. if you can get in 5-10 min of foam roll and "stick" use before bed... even better.

    I have no need to "diet" I've had a deep 6 pack since 8th grade with barely doing crunches or no abs. Lol

    Lol a lot of it comes down to diet man. You can't our work a bad diet. It's a shame many resort to steroids when they here "bodybuilders" just a bad pubic image I suppose. Oh well.

    Hypertophy is basically the increase of muscle fibers thus growing muscle.
