I'm gonna have to take a look into that Will. I did notice a small bulge in one of the bushings on the drivers side UCA (side the noise seems to come from). Must have worked more grease into that one than I thought. I will pull the zerk once I get a couple of replacements just in case.

Dont worry Dark Knight, we will get through this together.:D

Well I did what evertaco and chris said to do, and dare I say it.......it seems to have gone away! I didn't get much grease out, just a little bit. Thanks guys I will report back in after a few more miles. Also since I have done it I have been pulling a trailer w/a bit of wieght on it so.... I don't know if that makes a diff.

Your bushing may be shot. No biggie. Get some replacements from Wheelers Offraod, and just re install them. If you do this, rub a shit ton of grease all over the bushing BEFORE installing them in the UCA. THEN, give a few shots of grease thru the zerks. :)

If I didnt grease the bushings before installing would it were the bushings out alot faster? bc I dont think that we did.

Its no biggie. In this pic, you see Im wearing latex gloves and rubbing a good coating of grease all over the bushings and sleave.

And how quick exactly? I've had them for about 2-3 weeks now. So I hope that I dont need new bushings!

Well, I just got done taking my UCA's appart and greasing them properly. Didnt take me too long and now Im ganna head out and test them. The bushings look good too. No more boldging and hopefully no more popping feeling!:) thanks for the heads up chris! Im verry confident that my bushings will last longer and are installed correctly.

Will do! And I must say the ride is smoother, moves nicely now! I also decided to re-adjust my coilovers... :D

hhmmmm I was still popping in the rain yesterday, and I greased everything well during the initial install. After relieving pressure on the drivers side and cleaning everything up the other night there is still some grease seeping out of the bushings on the drivers side. I guess its still under pressure and I need to undo the zerks again.

Are your bushings kinda buldging out because of too much pressure? bc mine were, alot!

doesnt appear to be bulged bad any more. I think i get the popping when wet because it lets the bushings move some to relieve pressure??? the bushings do look alot better then before.

Also, make sure your UCA bolt is torqued to 100 ft-lbs....
