cant run without the rear sway, its part of what holds the suspension together

I still have my rear sway. front went bye bye last year.
You will be using the length of your rear shocks as limit straps...
seen a few guys ditch their rear sway bars w/no problems....I'd do some reserach before hand man.
I don't know enough to give you solid advice.
I'd watch them brake lines and would be affraid of the rear flexing too much and shitting out a coil spring :p

Yeah that's why I asked. I was looking around fjcruiserforums.com and pretty much what I gathered was if you run no sway then you need limit straps or you will shit out a coil like you said lol. I just can't decide if it is worth cycling the suspension over and over and over to try and figure out what size limit straps I would need to try and gain any flex in the rear if any. I really want quick disconnects in the front but I can't find anyone who makes them anymore.

I PM'd 2007FJ a few weeks ago about getting a set and never heard back from him. I also PM'd daPitbull about getting one and he said 2007FJ wasn't making them anymore.

Looks awesome man. I can't decide which front bumper to get (ARB or 3 hoop Demello) but that is a long ways away anyway lol.
